At February 2013 Lithuanian Minister of the Foreign Affairs awarded me with one of the the higest state medal: “Lithuanian Star of Diplomacy”. After beeng awarded in 2000 by President Valdas Adamkus (GLD Giedymin’s Award) it is now the second prize of foreign state I’ve ever had.
